Les accessoires, produits ou services ajoutés ne sont pas remboursables.
Le véhicule devra être retourné dans la même condition qu’à la livraison, esthétique et mécanique, sans avoir subi aucune modification ou altération. Pour bénéficier de l’offre d’échange, le client doit apporter le certificat d’immatriculation du véhicule à son nom en succursale au moment de l’échange. Dans l’échange de votre véhicule, Auto Durocher n’est pas responsable du crédit des taxes applicables si vous sélectionnez un véhicule de moindre valeur.
L’offre d’échange 7 jours/ 400km est valide seulement une fois par transaction originale. Le client pourra profiter de ce programme de satisfaction pour un seul échange de véhicule. Nous reprenons votre véhicule au prix payé dans les 7 jours suivant la date de votre offre d’achat.
Tel qu’indiqué au contrat de vente à tempérament, nos termes et conditions seront interprétés en considérant les articles 73, 76 jusqu’à 79 de la loi sur la protection du consommateur s’ils s’appliquent.

A simple way to find the right vehicle
To take advantage of the vehicle exchange offer, the vehicle must be returned to an Auto Durocher branch within no more than 7 days or 400 km from the time of its delivery, including weekends and holidays. Accessories, products, or added services are not refundable.
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as at delivery, both aesthetically and mechanically, without having undergone any modifications or alterations. To benefit from the exchange offer, the customer must bring the vehicle’s registration certificate in their name to the branch at the time of the exchange. In the exchange of your vehicle, Auto Durocher is not responsible for the credit of applicable taxes if you select a vehicle of lesser value.
The 7-day/400km exchange offer is valid only once per original transaction. The customer may take advantage of this satisfaction program for only one vehicle exchange. We will repurchase your vehicle at the price paid within 7 days following the date of your purchase offer.
As indicated in the installment sale contract, our terms and conditions will be interpreted considering articles 73, 76 through 79 of the consumer protection act if applicable.
Excessive wear of the vehicle and certain types of financing are not eligible for this offer and are conditional on credit approval on the new vehicle.
