Founder-retired but still active in Auto Durocher, thanks to him that since 1969 this fine family is expanding it's business .

During his studies, he worked as an attendant at the garage that his father had built on Boulevard Ste-Rose in 1968. During his studies, not wanting to abandon the retail side, he bought vehicles, repaired and then resold them with a small profit.
At the end of his studies, he worked as a mechanic at the garage but he realized very quickly that he needed to stop doing business. He bought, in company with one of his older brothers, John Paul, their father's garage in 1985.
Subsequently, in 1991, wanting to expand, he bought the shares with his brother and then a commercial building, located close to making the sale of used vehicles.
This business has always grown all these years, and now her daughters, Dominique 28 years and Marie-Claude 25 years, took over, making it a 3rd generation company.

After completing a Bachelor, I decided to join the family business. I started in the purchasing department and marketing and then take the direction of our sales team. Always on the lookout for innovations in the automotive industry, I joined, a year ago, the European automotive sector in Quebec, so that all representatives automobile du Québec are recognized by a professional standard accredited by the Quebec government .

In addition, I was elected to the Board of Directors of the Automobile Dealers Association of Quebec, in October 2009 for a period of 3 years.

In conclusion, 28 years, I am only at the beginning of a beautiful career. My sister, Marie-Claude Durocher, director of the service department, and I have lots of great projects in mind to continue the evolution of the company and offer our customers a shopping experience more professionally.

After more than 28 years as head of accounting department of Auto Durocher, I decided to make a turn in my career and to support advertising in magazines and newspapers to better inform our customers every services and the vehicles we offer here. This is an area which proved to be very different but equally exciting.

Unable to completely aside the accounting field, I undertook to build various tables of statistics that can help Durocher Auto to offer its customers everything he best on the market and always to their full satisfaction.

I am happy to be with my sister, the third generation of family business Durocher Auto. As Director of the department of mechanical, I always considered my employees as part of my family and me, customers are just as much at home and are greeted like visiting dignitaries.

In autumn 2002 I joined Auto Durocher and it corresponded to me to meet a challenge. Indeed, my career so far, had instead drawn into financial institutions, therefore, a major shift.

Past: In the automotive field for over 8 years, I started in the short term lease, then point me in the sale.

Having 20 years experience in accounting and taxation in several areas, I decided a year ago to take a new turn in my career and a challenge in a field hitherto unknown to me, either the automotive field
